Very kind and perfect service, at least 4 restaurants with very good food, comfortable rooms. The pool is amazing with beautiful lightening on evenings and great DJ. You can take a lunch and/or hookah shisha. There is also a gym with very close to professional equipment (I was doing powerlifting workouts without any issues and without my personal equipment). Room service is amazing - you can get a dinner even in the middle of a night! I spent a wonderful week of work and relax with the hotel. Also I did enjoy the small pot with free tea bags and a coffee machine in the room - it was nice to have a full working day in the room.

Excellent location, friendly Exceptional Luxury and Service – A Perfect Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Al Messila, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided impeccable service, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Check-in was swiftly completed by Bassim who was very informative about the resort and reassured me that anything I need to reach out.... 24/7. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and offered beyound expectations. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the high-end amenities, exuded luxury. We had alot of room service which was absolutly spot on. From the service recieved by the team to the meals being delicious (and my kids are fussy eaters). The dining options were outstanding from the one day we utilized, with a variety of gourmet dishes that catered to every taste. I highly recommend Al Messila to anyone looking for a five-star experience. No faults what so ever. Clean pool, clean hotel, private pool was cleaned before we got out of bed and last but not least guest relation team ( Laia & Myat) was exceptionally helpful. Thank you again for everything. Everyone at front of house was phenominal including the Valet Team and Golf buggy crew. You all made our stay extremly pleasent and that would be our reason for returning to this amazing resort. You all was accomadating throughout our stay with our young family. 5 star all rounder and thank you so much for all your support and the service provided.

- women facilities are excellent; with private gym, hair saloon and nail salon in the hotel. There is also a women swimming pool. Felt extremely empowering and safe, as a women. - outside pool is fantastic alongside the indoor pool. No crowd and staff will actively ensure people have sunbeds and don’t just leave towels on them. - Guest Manager, Myat was excellent. She went above and beyond with all our request and made our stay extremely welcoming. She would message daily to check in with us and ask if we need anything. - extremely clean and beautiful hotel, with spacious rooms. They provide treats in the rooms which are divine (chocolate almond, gummy bears, crips etc)

The resort is really really great, the most suitable word to describe our experience is service service service. Their staff are all very polite, well trained, knowledgeable, attentive, and you will feel in every way that they want to make their residents happy. I have never been to a place that provides the service in this professional manner. They spoil their customers in a way that makes it very difficult for any other hotel to match their experience. Thank you very very much for this unforgettable vacation.

The whole experience was extremely enjoyable and satisfying . The Villa was very well arranged , clean and well equipped . The pool was amazing and outdoor sitting and dinning were great . But what we liked most are the people . They were very welcoming , helpful and with smile that never left there faces . And finally the food was great from breakfast at the DELI restaurant to other Indian and Iranian restaurants that we had the chance to try their food . It was truly amazing experience that we will definitely repeat . My family and myself enjoy it .

This is my third time in the hotel and I booked the same type private pool villa and price through booking.com is very good in compare with other hotels and I would like to thank madam Rue and madam catrina from the front desk and Mr. sayed the one who always greets us with delicious Arabic coffee and Mr. Amen from the room dining. All were helpful and so welcoming

I loved the room service and the beautiful views! The indoor pool was amazing especially due to its warm temperature in cold weather. The in room dining was exceptional! The atmosphere of the buffet and the spa was pleasant.

The staff are exceptional here. They are so polite, friendly and accommodating. All facilities are extremely clean and breakfast was delicious, heated pool and poolside beds and service were excellent.

Everything.start from the reception and all the staff is very accommodating specially to Myat she was so nice to remember my bday and giving a cake its means a lot.and the buffet breakfast and brunch is perfect its budget friendly aswell.and the staff there in deli restaurant there so nice they will greet you every-time and the food was deli.we will definitely comeback.Its a beautiful experience.♥️
